The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is requesting the assistance of industry to assess the availability of an Artificial Intelligence Cognitive Agent. The NCI Agency is seeking information from suppliers regarding the capabilities and functionalities of an AI Cognitive Agent. The agency also requires non-binding product pricing information. The deadline for responses is 15 December 2023. Selected suppliers may be requested to provide a service demonstration, and the agency may seek additional clarification from respondents. Respondents are instructed to send their responses via email to Mr. Esteban Diaz at Esteban.Diaz@ncia.nato.int. This Market Survey is voluntary, and not responding will not affect future procurement opportunities. The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is requesting the assistance of industry to assess the availability of an Artificial Intelligence Cognitive Agent. The NCI Agency reference for this request is MS-CO-423207-AIC, and all correspondence and submissions concerning this matter should include this reference. The Requirements and Questionnaire are included in the attachment. Responses shall in all cases include the name of the firm, telephone number, e-mail address, designated Point of Contact, and a NATO UNCLASSIFIED description of the capability available and its functionalities. This shall include any restrictions (e.g., export controls) for direct procurement of the various capabilities by the NCI Agency. Other supporting information and documentation (technical data sheets, descriptions of existing installations, etc.) are also desired. Non-binding product pricing information is also requested. Do NOT send your survey responses to the Department of Commerce. Please send all responses via email to the following NCI Agency point of contact: Mr. Esteban Diaz at Esteban.Diaz@ncia.nato.int Responses are due back to NCI Agency no later than 12:00 Brussels time on 15 December 2023. NCI Agency reserves the right to request a service demonstration from selected suppliers. The NCI Agency may also seek additional clarification from respondents. Respondents are requested to await further instructions after their submissions and are requested not to contact directly any NCI Agency staff other than the POC identified above. Any response to this request shall be provided on a voluntary basis. Not responding will not prejudice or cause the exclusion of companies from any future procurement that may arise from this Market Survey. Responses to this Market Survey, and any information provided within the context of this survey, including but not limited to pricing, quantities, capabilities, functionalities, and requirements will be considered as information only and will not be construed as binding on NATO for any future acquisition.
