This contract is for multiple planned C-12 Engineering Change Proposals under the Contracted, Maintenance, Modification, Aircrew, and Related Services (CMMARS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The main project is to expand the operational envelope of the UC-12W Unrestricted Commuter Category aircraft to include operations up to 17,500 lb. Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW). Other modifications include CPDLC upgrades for Marine Corps and Navy UC-12W and UC-12F aircraft, as well as Proline 21 cockpit upgrades. Only offerors from the CMMARS awardees listed in the announcement will be considered. The installations will be performed at a Part 145 Repair Station, OEM Authorized Service Center, or EASA certified Part 145 Repair Station.

This announcement provides notice that the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), on behalf of PMA-207 the Tactical Airlift Program Office, intends to conduct a task order competition under the Contracted, Maintenance, Modification, Aircrew, and Related Services (CMMARS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The subject of this task order competition will be the requirement for multiple planned C-12 Engineering Change Proposals. The most prominent of these planned projects is the expansion of the UC-12W Unrestricted Commuter Category operational envelope to include operations up to 17,500 lb. Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW). Other modifications presented as Options include the Controller Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDLC) upgrade for two Marine Corps UC-12W+ aircraft, the Increased Gross Weight Kit upgrade (Kit # 101-4412-0001) for six Navy UC-12F aircraft based in Japan, CPDLC upgrade for seven Marine Corps UC-12W aircraft (Proline 21 cockpit), and CPDLC upgrade for 12 Navy aircraft (Proline 21 cockpit).
