The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source contract award to Charter Communications Operating, LLC. The period of performance for contract award will be from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be prepared. This requirement is to provide Cable services for the Bath VA Medical Center, 76 Veterans Way, Bath, NY 14810 and the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, 400 Fort Hill Ave, Canandaigua, NY 14424. NAICS code: 517111 Cable TV providers (except networks). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than August 04, 2023, at 2:00 PM, Eastern Time (ET). A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued.
