US Embassy Jakarta intends to issue an RFQ for cellphone callsand internet data services provider to the Embassy of the United States of America in Jakarta,U.S. Consulate General Surabaya, U.S. Consulate Medan, and Consular Agency Bali.The anticipated performance is for one base period of twelve months and four one-year option periods, at the option of the Government. Prospective Offeror must be able to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for operating in Indonesia.Please see the RFQfor submission details and actual response date. The site visit/pre-proposal conference was held on-line on March 23rd, 2021 at 10.00 hours local time. Prospective offerors/quoters interested in attending should email JakContractingOffice-RFP@state.gov or call 5083-1000 press 0, at the latest five (5) daysprior to the meeting date. As required by U.S. Governments Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Provision 52.2047, SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (July 2013), which will be included in the solicitation, prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to award of a contract. Prospective offerors are encouraged to complete the SAM registration process prior to the submittal of their proposal in response to the solicitation posted.
