THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE / SYNOPSIS This procurement is for Competency Modeling Support Services Type of Contract: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Competency Modeling Support Services. The government will award a Labor-hour BPA. Procurement will be set-aside through the WOSB program using FAR parts 12 and 13. Period of performance: The performance period for this BPA will be five (5) years. Notes: We expect to post the solicitation in 2 to 3 weeks. See attached draft PWS. "CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.
