The US Government is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for the installation of anti-suicide fencing in a parking garage. The scope of work includes the installation of 6-foot high ornamental anti-climb security fencing around the exposed top deck of the garage, as well as the installation of a snow chute and loading mechanism on the south face of the garage. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the garage manufacturer for rebar layout and ensuring the integrity of the structure. The project has a period of performance of 120 calendar days and a construction magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000. Interested firms must submit a positive statement of intention to submit a proposal, provide a unique entity identifier, provide an example of a similar project, and demonstrate proof of bonding capacity and insurance. Interested firms must also hold an active SAM registration and be verified as SDVOSB/VOSB firms. Failure to submit all required information will result in non-consideration.
