The USDA Agricultural Research Service-Contracting Operations Branch seeks to award a construction project to replace the main electrical switchgear, emergency generator and electrical distribution panels of the Laboratory Building at the Appalachian Fruit Research Station located at 2217 Wiltshire Road Kearneysville, WV 25430.
