The Department of Defense is seeking proposals for the Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Warfare Prototyping Program (EMWP2) to enhance cyberspace, electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO), and electronic warfare (EW) capabilities for the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF), Naval Aviation, US Navy, and Joint Force commanders. The program aims to prototype advanced technical solutions using commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components. Key requirements and deliverables include:

- - Enhance cyberspace, electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO), and electronic warfare (EW) capabilities
