The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 4 intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price Order under BPA 36C24422A0044 to VLogic Systems, Inc. for the procurement of a web-based Electronic Drawings Management System. The system should have graphical tools to store and share engineering drawings, assign space, report usage among organizational groups, and track equipment and other physical assets. It should support multiple users in organizations spanning many buildings and sites within its nine VA Health Care Systems. The Contractor will provide supervision, coordination, staffing, software, licenses, website access, training, backup, and other related services to provide and maintain VISN 4 building records and files and make them readily accessible to VA staff through the Contractor's website.

IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 4, intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price Order under BPA 36C24422A0044 to VLogic Systems, Inc. VA Medical Center, Pittsburgh has a requirement to issue a task order from an established BPA for Electronic Drawings Management System. The requirement is for a web based Electronic Drawings Management System with graphical tools to store and share engineering drawings, assign space, report usage among organizational groups, and track equipment and other physical assets. It shall be a multiuser, multi-tasking system supporting multiple users in organizations spanning many buildings and sites within its nine (9) VA Health Care Systems (VAHCS). The Contractor shall provide all supervision, coordination, staffing, software, licenses, website access, training, backup and other related services as necessary to provide and maintain VISN 4 building records and files and make them readily accessible to VA staff through the Contractor s website. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS or QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting capability information that clearly demonstrates the capability to perform the required service as described above. Capability information is required by 2:00 PM EST, September 8, 2023 to establish the ability of the source to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
