Requirement: Furniture Relocation and Installation Services The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is conducting market research with the intent of determining the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of potential small businesses to provide Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (JBVAMC) and eight other VA clinic sites with certified carpenters for moving and relocation services. The vendor must also have the capabilities to provide trained and certified members of the Chicago District Council of Carpenters for the installation of furniture systems, freestanding furniture, and reconfiguring of office/exams rooms throughout JBVAMC and various off-site leased clinical and non-clinical spaces as follows: Jesse Brown VA Medical Center Auburn Gresham (Chicago) Community Based Outpatient Clinic Lakeside Community Based Outpatient Clinic Chicago Heights Community Based Outpatient Clinic Adam Benjamin, Jr Community Based Outpatient Clinic Leased Space x 3EA JBVAMC also requires temporary storage of furniture with electronic inventory. Vendor shall be able to provide 10,000 usable square feet to store the furnishings, proper storage for existing not-in-use furnishings, proper storage for new furnishings waiting to be installed, adequate climate control for items being stored, and clean, organized, pest controlled, and furnishings properly covered to preserve coloring and antimicrobial on furniture.
