To:All Prospective Quoters Subject: Garden and Landscaping service solicitation at US embassy Dar es Salaam This is to inform you that solicitation number 19TZ2023Q0009, issued on August 10, 2023, for the Gardening and Landscaping services at US EMBASSY Dar es Salaam has been canceled. The U.S Government finds in its best interest that it needs more time to finalize the current contract. The current contract will be ending in October 2024. The cancellation is clearly in the government interest. For more information refer to the SF-30 attached to this notice. If you would like to submitquotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of theattached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submittingan acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initialquotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in thecompetitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre - proposal conference at the site, The pre-proposal conferencewill be held on August 24, 2023, from 1000 am (local time) at the US Embassy Dar es Salaam. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact DarGSOProcurement@groups.state.gov submit nomore than two names of attendees (include National ID numbers and phone numbers) by August 21,2023, at 5:00pm for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Quotations are due by September 8, 2023, at 5:00PM. No quotations will be accepted after thistime. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to DarGSOProcurement@groups.state.gov. It isimportant to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 orMS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB.
