Argonne National Laboratory is seeking (2) High-Energy High-Resolution High-Throughput Germanium Detectors for Energy Dispersive X-ray Diffraction at the APS. The contract requires the following:

- - Energy range: 2 - 200 keV
- - Entrance Window: Be (thickness = 0.3 mm)
- - Operated in all orientations (e.g., vertical or horizontal)
- - Electrically refrigerated cryostat with internal fans
