Intent to Compete: Straight SB Set-Aside OEM-Authorized Distributors

This contract is a straight small business set-aside for OEM-authorized distributors. The purpose of this contract is to establish a competitive process for selecting OEM-authorized distributors to provide goods and services to the US Government. The contract will be awarded to multiple small businesses that meet the eligibility criteria and can demonstrate their authorization to distribute OEM products. The selected distributors will be responsible for supplying the required goods and services to the US Government as specified in the contract.
