Ft. (ABOA): 1,650 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,760 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): [] Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 Additional Requirements: [] Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 500-Year floodplain). The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 1,195 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Government has identified a need for 565 ABOA SF of expansion space and is considering alternative space for the total requirement of 1,760 ABOA SF if economically advantageous.
