McCarran Blvd. South: S. Rock Blvd. to Mill St. West: Mill St to Greg St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,500 Space Type: Warehouse/Flex Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term:15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One 5-Year Renewal Option Additional Requirements: 12 minimum warehouse interior ceiling height Minimum of one 10 x 10 or larger roll-up door at ground level Warehouse must have the depth and width to accommodate boats with masts, inflatable and powered rafts of various sizes, lockers, file cabinets, and storage shelving.
