Project Purpose and Objectives The NHBLI needs to establish a maintenance contract for its ZMT Sim4Life electromagnetic simulation software (FLEXID=9- 1589E992). Contractor Requirements / Tasks to be Performed The Contractor shall provide: a. One (1) preventative maintenance inspection to include tele support and remote connections with conducting the inspection; b. All labor related charges associated with any service and support request in addition to the above preventative maintenance visit; c. Case and device specific individual simulation setup support; d. Software version upgrades, when available; e. Scheduled and emergency service performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday, excluding Contractor holidays; and f. Company-trained customer support engineers. All responses must be received by August 27th, 2022 at 2:00 PM ET and must reference synopsis number 23-017090.
