The Bureau of Land Management, Utah State Office, intends to award a firm fixed price, sole-source purchase order to SWCA Incorporated (UEI KJ64MREJDNL1) of Phoenix, Az. The scope of this project is to conduct necessary mitigation measures to resolve adverse effects to 42GA8060, as outlined within the statement of work. The proposed contract is a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to amend the archaeological site form (prepared in March 2021) to include the campsites, to include detailed digital photography of features, and preparation of an updated site sketch map for the entire campground district to include all resources (e.g. the previously recorded features as well as all campsites); and also complete an architectural site form for the architectural features per the guidance in the UT-SHPO's Intensive Level Survey Standard Operating Procedures document; and prepare measured drawings, including a floor plan and an elevation sketch of Feature 5, a toilet facility built of native field stone in a 'S'-shaped design, to record the details of this unique structure, per the guidance in the UT-SHPO's Intensive Level Survey Standard Operating Procedures document, to be included in the historic site form and amended archaeological site form. The estimated value of the anticipated order is $15,000.00. This action is being processed under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The anticipated award date is 08/31/2023.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
