Notice of Intent to Sole Source U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price sole source award to San Diego Association of Governments (401 B Street Suite 800 San Diego, CA 92101-4231) for Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS) and San Diego Users Network/California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (SUN/CLETS), and meet all other requirements of the Statement of Work. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendors who believe they can provide the services and can provide proof of ability to meet the requirements should email their companys capabilities information to the attention of Christopher Shaw, Contract Specialist, by Monday, 4 August 2023 at 10:00 am Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
