The U.S. Embassy London has a requirement for passenger transportation services for business taking place in the UK, primarily London and the surrounding areas. The Contractor shall provide all managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel; vehicles and drivers (if required); communication equipment; all running expenses (i.e., fuel, oil, etc.) including all servicing and insurance of such vehicles that are necessary to accomplish all work required by this contract. The anticipated performance period is one (1) Base Year with two (2) one-year Option periods which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government may award multiple contracts resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offerors who are responsible contractors. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract(s) will be firm fixed price type contract(s). All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
