This contract is for the provision of preventative and corrective maintenance support for a specified list of equipment. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the equipment is maintained according to the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications. The contractor must be qualified and authorized by the OEM or a Certified Agent of the OEM. If subcontractors are used, they must also be Certified Agents of the OEM. The contract requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services. The contractor must perform preventative and corrective maintenance to the standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a non-personal services contract to provide preventative and corrective maintenance support for the items listed in Attachment 1: Equipment List. Description of services/introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform preventative and corrective maintenance as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS. Objectives: The contractor shall provide preventative and corrective maintenance to the equipment listed in Attachment 1 to be maintained to meet the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications. The Contractor shall be qualified /authorized by the OEM (i.e. Certified Agent of the OEM), in the repair and maintenance of all equipment listed in Attachment 1. Certification of the OEM must be current (within two (2) years)) at all times prior to contract award and throughout the contract period. In the event that a subcontractor is used for this requirement, the subcontractor must be a Certified Agent of the OEM. See specific qualifications in Section 5 of this PWS.
