The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure a CSD Enterprise Subscription from Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre, United Kingdom. The subscription is only available directly from the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre. Interested vendors may submit a written response to the Contracting Office within 5 days of the publication of this notice. The response should include a capability statement demonstrating the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Contractors must also be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information within Contract Opportunities. New entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM) will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator before the registration can be activated.

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 CSD Enterprise Subscription, with 2 year option. This requirement is sole sourced to Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre, 12 Union Road. Cambridge. CB2 1EZ. United Kingdom as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to this subscription is only available directly from The Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0019 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below or mailed to the Contracting Office Address listed below no later than 05 days from this notice date. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
