This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to advertise for bids the project entitled Renovation of Gas Meter House, Project 655-22-203 to be accomplished at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, MI. A solicitation is planned to be issued on or about February 27, 2024. The projects general scope of work is to furnish all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, supervision, and all other necessary resources to accomplish the following work: This project will renovate the Gas Meter House Building, Building 17, which is approximately 200 SF. This project will include but is not limited to tuckpointing, window replacement, painting, and concrete foundation replacement. Work is scheduled to be performed during the normal daytime business hours of the medical center excluding federal holidays.
