The purpose of this firm fixed price contract/purchase order is to renovate and reconfigure the office with supply and installation at U.S. Embassy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The contract will be for a one-time project and notice to proceed (NTP) will be issued. The Contractor must complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, including supply and installation to renovate and reconfigure the office at the U.S. Embassy Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The Contractor must have successfully completed renovation and reconfiguration work within the last three years and must have demonstrated experience. The Contractor must complete all work in accordance with the schedule of work (30 working days after receiving contract/purchase order). Dismantle, supply, and install new workstations, storage cabinets, counter panels, chairs, shelves, and drawers in the ISC office space. Scope of Work: 1. Perform a site visit to get the actual measurement of the office space and provide a proposal design to match the provided draft layout of the workstations. (Approved Layout Attached). The proposal shall include a catalog of the type of workstation, storage cabinets, drawers, chairs, shelves, and counter panels to be installed. 2. Dismantle the old workstations and clear out the place prior to the delivery and installation of the new workstations, storage, and panel counters. 3. Services shall include sorting of the panels/furniture from our Annex warehouse prior to the delivery to the Embassy loading dock for installation. 4. Hauling the furniture from the Embassy loading dock to the installation location. 5. Installation up to completion of the workstations, storage, and counter panels. Including but not limited to power outlets, drawers, chairs, and shelves. 6. Clearing out of the debris and trash upon completion of the installation in the office space and sorting of the excess panels/furniture before collection and storage in the Annex warehouse. 7. Disposal of all trash and debris from the furniture packaging and by products of the dismantling. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-quotation conference will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 1000 hrs. at Embassy building of the U.S. Embassy Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Prospective offerors should send email to RiyadhContracing@state.gov by COB Sunday, September 10, 2023, for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Quotations are due by COB Wednesday, September 20, 2023. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotation must be in English and incomplete quotation will not be accepted.
