(ABOA): N/A Space Type: Parking Total Reserved Parking Spaces (Surface and/or Structured): 336 to 597 Full Term: 8 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: - Parking spaces must be reserved and dedicated for the exclusive use of the Agency - Parking must be secured with a rover guard, access control arms, and security cameras - Agency requires 24/7 access to the spaces - The offered parking space may be split between two different parking garages or lots if they are both within the delineated area Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space that is not in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain) is preferred. Offered space in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain or 1-percent-annual chance floodplain will be considered, in respective order, if no alternatives exist.
