This contract is requesting special features for the Cellometer Auto 2000 Counter. The counter should be able to accurately and consistently count fresh PBMCs and variable cells used in the RTIBD lab. It should also be able to count WBCs in peripheral blood without lysing RBCs, as well as primary cells and tissue digests. The counter should have a cell size range of 3 to 50 and a large cell concentration range of 2.5x105 to 1x107 /ml. Other requirements include a disposable counting chamber to eliminate cross-contamination between samples, elimination of washing and cleaning between each test, and maintenance-free operation. The counter should provide a live cell image to monitor cell morphology, estimate cell size and cell size distribution, and visually indicate counted cells for manual adjustment. The counter should also be able to save data and images. All responses must be received by September 1, 2023, at 12:00 PM ET and must reference synopsis number 23-016802.
