The US Embassy in the Republic of Congo is seeking a contractor to supply and deliver Diesel and Gasoline services to the US Mission in Brazzaville. The estimated annual quantities are 300,000 liters of Diesel and 30,000 liters of Gasoline. The contract will be for a base period of twelve months with the option for four one-year extensions. The contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustment. All responsible sources may submit an offer, and the contract may be awarded based on the initial offer without discussion. The Embassy of the United States in Republic of Congo will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is for the supplying and delivering of Diesel and Gasoline services to the US Mission in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. The estimated number of liters per year is 300,000 Liters of Diesel and 30, 000 liters of Gasoline. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustment. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
