The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price and labor hour contract to Boston Childrens Hospital, 300 Longwood Ave., Boston, MA 02115, USA to support the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and emergency response, CDC requires continued support for the Community Finder Provider Platform (CFPP) digital tools (primarily COVID-19 vaccines via vaccines.gov. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(d) and 10 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541990. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Any interested companies are welcome to submit their ability to provide the specified products within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
