This is a combined synopsis/solicitation with 100% Small Business set-aside for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Officer 01 is seeking to purchase the supplies or services described in the following Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice synopsizing a solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203.
