The US Government is seeking a contractor to provide warming tents for various high-level events in the National Capital Region. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and taking down the tents, as well as providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision. The contractor must meet the standards outlined in the contract and comply with the terms and conditions of the BPA Agreement. The contract will have three ordering periods. To be considered for award, the offeror must submit a detailed description of how they will meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must also provide product literature, catalog price lists, warranty, guarantee, technical specs, and delivery information, if available.

The National Capital Region frequently uses warming tents as medical aid stations, holding areas and troop warming/cooling stations for various high level events the National Capital Region. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to deliver/recover and set-up/take-down as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. BPA Terms and Conditions will apply to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This BPA Agreement is for three (3) Ordering Periods. Please provide a technical proposal that describes how you will perform and meet the requirements of the PWS for this solicitation. In order to be considered for award, the Offeror shall submit a detailed description on how the requirements will be performed as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor is required to provide as a part of the technical capability product literature, catalog price lists, warranty, guarantee, technical specs, and delivery information, if available.
